muffin vs cupcake

the difference between a cupcake and muffin
cupcake is a cake
muffin is bread. Hmm...

recipe! for a basic muffin

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
[looking at the ingredients it's kinda like "kueh"]

anyway
first the dry mix
sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl.

then the wet mix
in another bowl combine milk, egg and oil with whisk.

pour wet mix into dry mix stirr till dry mix is moisten

spoon mixture into muffin tins fill 2/3 of the cups

Bake for 204C. 15 to 20mins/till golden brown. cool. ready to eat

makes 1 dozen

well i haven't tried so i don't knw how's the turnout. will try on monday
